1. The promoter is: Risky Business Surveys

2. The prize draw opens at 12:00am on 8th August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 7th September 2025.

3. To enter, participants must complete the Risky Business Survey and provide a valid email address.

4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. You must be aged 18 or over to be eligible for the prize draw. Under 18s are welcome to complete the survey for fun and insight, but they will not be entered into the draw and their contact details will not be stored.

6. No purchase is necessary.

7. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

8. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a random number generator on Wednesday 17th September 2025.

9. The winner will be notified via the email provided no later than 30th September 2025.

10. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

11. By ticking the consent box, winners agree to their first name and general location (e.g. “Sam from Folkestone”) being used in prize publicity.

12. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the draw for reasons beyond our control.
